Choose from four sizes of sauce pans in the Calphalon One Infused line, from a 1.5 quart size up to a 4.5 quart. Your sauces will never stick to the heavy gauge aluminum surface and you are guaranteed even and efficient heating. The rounded bottom ensures that you will be able to scrape out every last spoonful of sauce from the bottom of the pan.
For searing and browning, the Calphalon saute pans with their thick bottoms, ensure that your sauces will not scorch. The low profile of the saute pans allow liquids to evaporate while giving you easy assess. The saute pan is available in either a 3 or a 5 quart size.
