Wusthof Classic Ikon

The Wusthof Classic Ikon professional kitchen knives are of the utmost quality and are precision forged from a single blank of high carbon steel. The cutting edges on the knives in Classic Ikon series are laser controlled and tested and are very easy to sharpen.

The Classic Ikon knives feature an innovative handle design that is triple-riveted to provide you with a very comfortable hold and feel.

You can choose the handles in either Black or Creme White.

There are four different paring knives in the Wusthof Classic Ikon range, measuring from 7 centimeters in length up to 12 centimeters. The 7 centimeter paring knife is a peeling knife, and is also known as a Bird's Beak. This shape is ideal for peeling, cleaning or shaping fruits and vegetables that have rounded surfaces.

The 8 centimeter paring knife offers you a straight edge for control and is great for decorating purposes as well as peeling, mincing and dicing.

The 9 and 12 centimeter long paring knives in the Wusthof Classic Ikon line are the most versatile of the parers-perfect for mincing shallots finely, or for mincing your fresh herbs and onions. It is also ideal for cutting and cleaning vegetables.

The Steak knife in the Wusthof Classic Ikon series features a 12 centimeter long blade that you will want to have on the table to slice through steaks, ribs and filet mignon with ease.
